Industrial platform disclaimer
RoboMotionAI provides industrial AI robotics platforms for manufacturing automation, motion orchestration and intelligent robot control. Deployment outcomes depend on plant infrastructure, integration complexity, data quality and operator training — we do not guarantee specific production gains, zero downtime or regulatory certification. Metrics on this site are illustrative. We are not a marketing agency, web design studio, IT outsourcing firm or generic software vendor without robotics substance.
Website use licence
RoboMotionAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view content on robomotionai.pro for legitimate business evaluation purposes. You may not scrape, mirror, frame or systematically download site content without prior written consent. You may not use the site to distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access to our systems or misrepresent affiliation with RoboMotionAI Inc. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens site integrity or violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, service marks, logos, programme identifiers (including RMO module codes), documentation, software interfaces, training materials and visual design elements on this site are owned by RoboMotionAI Inc. or its licensors.
Professional services and platform agreements
Descriptions of programmes, services, pricing tiers and pilot timelines on this website are summaries for orientation. Binding scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, data processing terms and limitation of liability provisions are defined only in executed statements of work, master services agreements or platform subscription contracts.
Third-party links and tools
Our site may reference third-party protocols, hardware vendors, cloud providers or integration partners. RoboMotionAI does not control third-party websites or products and is not responsible for their availability, security practices or content.

Disclaimer of warranties

We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the site is free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, RoboMotionAI Inc. and its directors, officers, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, including loss of profits, production downtime, data loss or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to website use shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (C$100), except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoboMotionAI Inc. from claims, damages and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights through content you submit via contact forms or other channels. This indemnity survives termination of your access to the website to the extent permitted by Ontario law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use robomotionai.pro for unlawful purposes, to harvest personal data of other users, to interfere with site security, to impersonate RoboMotionAI personnel or to submit false plant or safety information.
Modifications

Severability

Force majeure
RoboMotionAI shall not be liable for delays or failures in website availability or service delivery resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. RoboMotionAI may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation or sale of substantially all assets.
Entire agreement for website use
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy linked from this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and RoboMotionAI Inc. regarding use of robomotionai.pro. They supersede prior oral or written understandings relating solely to public website access. Paid platform engagements remain governed by separate written contracts that define deliverables, data processing addenda and service-level objectives.
Language
These Terms are drafted in English. If translated versions are provided for convenience, the English version governs in the event of inconsistency, to the extent permitted by applicable law in Ontario, Canada.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

RoboMotionAI Inc. is an industrial AI robotics platform provider headquartered in Oshawa, Ontario. Website content describes motion intelligence programmes, integration services and deployment practices for manufacturing automation. We do not represent ourselves as a marketing agency, web design studio, IT outsourcing firm or generic software vendor without robotics engineering substance. Programme identifiers such as RMO-101 through RMO-601 refer to licensed platform modules subject to separate agreements.
Metrics and illustrations
Performance figures, case descriptions and satisfaction scores displayed on robomotionai.pro are illustrative unless expressly defined in a signed contract with customer-specific acceptance tests. Deployment outcomes depend on plant infrastructure, integration complexity, data quality, operator training and sustained executive sponsorship. We do not guarantee specific production gains, zero downtime, fixed OEE improvements or regulatory certification for any customer facility.
